• 1994 – transformation into Sanitary Systems & Construction Works Company ZIS Ltd., with 80 employees
• 1999 – obtaining Certificate of DIN ISO 9001: 2000
• 2007 – transformation into ZISTECHNIKA Ltd. with 150 employees
• 2008 – increase of employment -165 employees

• 2002 – opening of Viessmann showroom in Krakow
• 2005 – opening of Viessmann showroom in Bielsko – Biala
